Championship CAPO in B

The “Capo in B Championship” is the famous competition among local baristas for the best “cappuccino in a glass”, one of the favorite coffees of Trieste.

The competition, organized in collaboration with the FIPE of Trieste, involves the evaluation of coffee by a jury of experts who will analyze the visual appearance, the proportions between coffee and foam and the taste of four preparations, that must be done in a maximum time of 5 minutes, giving proof of manual skill and artistic spirit.
