Moka Contest

10 minutes of time for each participant to prepare the coffee which can be either already ground or in beans grinded at the moment.

Communication to the judges of the recipe with quantities in grams and ml of water used. The moka (induction) can be brought from home as well as the coffee. Those without may use the equipment provided by the Festival organization.
